AIKIDORYU - UNDER THIRTIES AND HIGH ENERGY CLASSES
Yoshinkan Aikido is currently taught to the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Force and is compulsory for all female police officers. This is because aikido provides a very effective means of self-defence and can be used to disarm and subdue an attacker without using undue physical force.
However, aikido is more than just a form of self-defence. It is also a spiritual discipline. At Yoshinkan Aikido Ryu we offer high energy classes for people under thirty and for those who want to develop a strong mind and body and a positive mental attitude.
